2. Product Information
All works sold through Nikitin Gallery are limited edition, fine art works. Each edition is produced in a strictly limited quantity and printed on archival-grade paper as specified in the product description.
While we strive for accuracy in color and detail, please note that actual product appearance may vary slightly due to digital representation.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of VAT or any other applicable sales or import taxes.
Buyers are solely responsible for the payment of any VAT, customs duties, or local taxes upon importation.
4. Orders and Availability
All sales are final. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
5. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
6. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our editions, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the rare case of an item arriving damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, artworks, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Nikitin Gallery or the respective artists and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
