All sales are final. Due to the limited and collectible nature of our fine art editions, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

We take great care in packaging and shipping each artwork. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at daniel@nikitingallery.com and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement if stock allows. If the edition is sold out, we will work with you on an alternative resolution at our discretion.

This policy is governed by the laws of New York.
